Requirements
Requires 6-8 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility with a focus on program management, marketing, and/or communications. Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills are essential. Must possess exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with comfort in ambiguity and managing multiple projects globally. Experience in employee engagement, change management, internal communications, aligning sustainability with business strategy, sales enablement, business development, and customer success is required. Background in data center operations and sustainability, and experience with enterprise sustainability software tools are preferred.
