Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of forklift operating experience in concrete blocks, bricks, pavers, precast products or a similar heavy building-material environment.
- Hands-on experience operating a forklift with a Brick/Block Clamp Attachment is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic clamp operation and pressure control.
- Proven experience loading and unloading concrete block bundles.
- Ability to safely stack blocks at different heights and within confined factory/yard areas.
- Good understanding of forklift load capacity, stability and safe lifting practices.
- Ability to inspect the clamp attachment and identify basic hydraulic or mechanical issues.
- Experience working in a concrete block factory or brick manufacturing plant is strongly preferred.
- Valid UAE forklift operator certification/licence preferred.
- UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to work factory shifts and overtime when required.
