Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in UX design or a similar role. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently. A portfolio showcasing UX design work and problem-solving abilities.
