The candidate will be responsible for managing all quantity surveying and cost control activities, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in line with contractual requirements.Key Responsibilities: Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates. Review drawings and specifications to identify project requirements. Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports. Prepare and review subcontractors’ invoices and variations.
