Partner with the best As a Commercial Legal Counsel, you will provide commercial legal advice and support to the Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) segment. This comprises supporting different product lines within the Middle East and North Africa Türkiye (MENAT) region. As a Commercial Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for: Providing legal support for customer contracts and activities Providing legal advice to the business on strategic initiatives, partnerships, and various growth and business initiatives Delivering training and advice to support legal and compliance teams Supporting commercial activities of IET in MENAT, including development of tools and templates to support business growth Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Possess a law degree from an accredited university or law school Have 10+ years of experience in legal Have been admitted to a Bar from a recognized jurisdiction Have impressive knowledge and experience negotiating complex commercial contracts and transactions Be able to demonstrate deep project management skills and process improvement skills Be able to demonstrate leadership in interacting with cross-functional teams and providing strategic legal and compliance guidance to leadership Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems Show significant experience in a similar role providing legal counsel with experience in-house or at a law firm Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
