The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for automotive parts, restoration materials, premium vehicle components, and workshop requirements. This role requires strong knowledge of the automotive industry, excellent supplier networks, and the ability to ensure the timely availability of high-quality products and services. The automotive procurement officer will play a key role in supporting the studio’s restoration, maintenance, and customization operations by identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating competitive pricing and terms, managing inventory levels, and ensuring all purchased items meet the company’s quality standards and project requirements. Key responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end procurement process for automotive parts, tools, equipment, materials, and services. Source and evaluate suppliers for classic car parts, luxury vehicle components, restoration materials, and workshop requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers. Request quotations, compare prices, negotiate terms, and secure cost-effective purchasing agreements. Ensure purchased items meet required quality, authenticity, specifications, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with workshop teams, technicians, and management to understand procurement requirements. Research availability and sourcing options for rare, discontinued, or specialized classic automotive parts. Prepare and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up with suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning to avoid shortages or excess inventory. Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation. Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes, reduce costs, and enhance supplier performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
