Requirements
Required Skills* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.* Strong SQL Server / T-SQL knowledge.* Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query.* Good understanding of data modeling and relational databases.* Experience with Power BI Service, Gateway, scheduled refresh and security.* Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into KPIs and dashboards.* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work independently and communicate with different departments.Preferred* Experience with ERP, HR, Payroll, Attendance or enterprise systems.* Experience building Executive / Management Dashboards.* Knowledge of ETL and Data Warehouse concepts.* Experience handling large datasets and optimizing Power BI performance.

Location: Cairo, EgyptJob Type: Full-TimeCompany: ASIS – Advanced Solutions for Information SystemsASIS – Advanced Solutions for Information Systems is looking for a Power BI Developer / BI Specialist to join our team in Cairo.Key Responsibilities* Design and develop interactive dashboards and management reports using Microsoft Power BI.* Connect Power BI to SQL Server databases and other data sources.* Develop data models, relationships, KPIs, and calculated measures.* Write and optimize DAX calculations.* Use Power Query (M) for data extraction, transformation, and cleansing.* Write and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures required for reporting.* Build executive and operational dashboards for HR, Attendance, Payroll, Finance, Projects, Support and other business areas.* Configure scheduled refresh, Power BI Service, workspaces, gateways and access permissions.* Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) where required.* Troubleshoot data, performance, refresh and reporting issues.* Work with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements and convert them into meaningful dashboards.* Validate report accuracy against source systems before publishing.* Prepare technical documentation for dashboards, datasets and data sources.
