Description
MENA is our next market. You would be the person who opens it, from Dubai.Rendify is a subscription 3D visualisation partner, headquartered in Quebec City, Canada. We are a team of 85+ of the top 1% of global 3D artists, working with hundreds of clients across Canada, the United States and Europe: architecture and interior design practices, property developers, furniture brands and leading ecommerce companies. The Middle East is where we go next. This is a permanent, funded role and the first commercial hire on the ground in the region. Your territory is the whole of MENA: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, and everywhere else our inbound comes from. Saudi Arabia carries most of the near-term volume — Q2 2026 contract awards there surged 160% to around US$30 billion — so expect to work it hard and to travel there a handful of times a year. You own the pipeline, the pitch, the relationships, and the accounts you close. What you would be sellingRenders decide things in this industry. An authority submission visual decides whether a project clears approval. A hero image decides whether an off-plan buyer signs and whether the finance clears. A catalogue of product visuals decides whether a furniture brand launches on time.Practices, developers and brands know this. What they struggle with is production capacity. The work is lumpy, in-house 3D talent is hard to hire and harder to keep, and freelance marketplaces make consistency difficult to hold from one job to the next.Rendify solves that with a subscription partner model and a production pipeline that sits at the front of this industry. AI accelerates our modelling, materials, lighting and iteration. Experienced 3D specialists art direct every scene and review every frame before it reaches a client. That is the whole argument, and it is a strong one: AI-enhanced production, human reviewed. You get AI speed with human results, and you will be selling that distinction to buyers who care a great deal about what actually lands in their inbox. The role, plainlyFull sales cycle. You find it, you qualify it, you demo it, you propose it, you negotiate it, you close it, and then you keep the account and grow it.Work the inbound. Around 80% of your pipeline comes from warm leads Rendify generates and hands to you. You start with live pipeline in your first week and spend your time selling.Build the rest yourself. The other 20% is on you. Outbound prospecting, cold calls, LinkedIn, events, showrooms. It is a smaller share than most sales roles, and it is a genuine part of the job, so we would rather be clear about it now than in your second week.Run your own discovery and demos. You are the closer, start to finish.Build proposals, manage follow-ups, negotiate commercial terms, and sign the deal.Onboard the client and get their first brief moving properly.Own the relationship afterwards and find the expansion. One thing worth being clear about: new business comes first. Keeping and growing what you win is how you compound it, and it is why the commission is paid on recurring revenue as well as new deals.Who does this wellWe hire for industry understanding first and teach our sales process second. Someone who knows this world and has good commercial instincts will go further here than someone with a polished process who has never set foot in a studio.Strongest fit. You have worked in, or sold into, architecture, interior design, construction, property development, furniture, real estate, or architectural visualisation. You know the difference between an authority submission visual and a hero render for a sales gallery. You know why off-plan imagery matters to a developer's launch and to their financier. You know that a practice is run by directors and principals, and that the person who commissions the imagery is often a different person from the one who designs the building. That might look like any of these:Specification or A&D sales for a building products, joinery, lighting, tile, glazing or surfaces brandMedia, platform or membership sales into architects and specifiersOff-plan project marketing, or an agency that commissions renders for a livingCommercial furniture, FF&E or showroom trade salesBusiness development, marketing, studio management or project coordination inside a practice or a visualisation studioA 3D artist or visualiser who wants the commercial side of this workAlso strong. You have carried a number in a full sales cycle B2B role and hit it, and you are genuinely interested in design and the built environment. We will teach you the industry if you bring the commercial engine. We will teach you the sales process if you bring the industry. What we actually needBased in Dubai, or ready to relocate there. We sponsor the employment visa.Existing relationships in the UAE or Saudi design, development or building community are a real advantageWilling to travel to Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf a handful of times a yearYou can hold a discovery conversation with a practice director without a scriptYou are comfortable picking up the phone, and honest with yourself about whether you enjoy itOrganised enough to carry inbound, demos, proposals and live accounts in the same weekComfortable with autonomy. Our core team is in Canada, so you get a few hours of overlap most days and a lot of trust in betweenArabic is a welcome bonusWhat you have behind youYou are the first person in the region, with a full team supporting you.A Sales Director who trains you directly: live shadowing, a library of recorded sales, onboarding and client calls, and weekly call review coachingSDR support already feeding your inboundExisting Account Executives who have sold this successfully, to compare notes withCustomer Success and Operations who take over delivery once you have sold itA product that already works, with our 85+ artists and hundreds of clients behind itWhat this becomesWe are building a team here, and you are the first hire in it. As the region grows, dedicated SDRs and a Customer Success Manager come in alongside you to carry the top of the funnel and the post-sale relationship, so your time moves further up the value of each deal. We will say this plainly: the person who opens this region is the person we would want running it.
