Requirements
Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.• 0–2 years of experience. Technical Knowledge• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude.• Upper-Intermediate English (Reading, Writing & Speaking). .• CRM concepts and business process understanding.• Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.• Basic JavaScript (Preferred).• Basic HTML & CSS (Preferred).• Basic programming concepts (Variables, Conditions, Loops, Functions, Arrays/Lists, Objects/Maps).• Database concepts.• SQL fundamentals (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY).• Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, filtering, sorting).Programming experience in Deluge, JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, PHP, or any similar language is considered an advantage. Previous Zoho experience is a plus, but not required.
