Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.8–12 years of accounting experience with management responsibility.Strong GL, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet reconciliation and closing experience.Strong IFRS knowledge.ERP implementation/migration experience strongly preferred.CPA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent is an advantage.Pharmaceutical/FMCG/distribution experience preferred.Hands-on Odoo experience is strongly preferred, particularly Finance modules, configuration, data migration, UAT and financial reporting.Key KPIs: Closing timetable, TB accuracy, BS reconciliation completion, audit adjustments, unresolved accounting items and Odoo implementation milestones.
