SHG operates 111 properties in 26 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world.We are looking for an experienced Assistant Lounge Manager for Sky Lounge in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless, high-standard guest experience across the venue.Key Responsibilities:Support the Lounge Manager in overseeing daily floor, bar, and guest service operations across shifts.Supervise and coordinate front-of-house teams — hosting, reservations, floor, and bar — ensuring smooth service flow.Deputize for the Lounge Manager in their absence, holding full operational accountability during that time.Monitor guest experience in real time, resolving service issues and escalations promptly.Support VIP guest handling in coordination with Guest Relations, ensuring priority guests are well managed during peak periods.Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management across front-of-house teams.Monitor and maintain service, presentation, and hygiene standards throughout the venue.Support event execution, brunches, and themed nights, coordinating across departments.Assist with reporting on revenue, covers, and operational KPIs.Ideal Candidate:Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or management role within luxury lounges, or high-end hospitality venues.Proven ability to lead cross-functional front-of-house teams under high-volume, fast-paced conditions.Strong problem-solving and guest-recovery skills.Comfortable with reservation, POS, and reporting systems.Strong leadership and communication skills.Good English communication skills; Arabic, French, or Russian an advantage.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
