Objective:
The position is responsible for assisting in daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, scanning, and dispatching goods while ensuring proper handling and inventory accuracy in the distribution center.
Key Responsibility:
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing inbound shipments according to the standard operating procedures.
- Support in inventory movement, product scanning, and shelving based on barcodes and category requirements.
- Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, loading/unloading, and packing of goods as per brand and dispatch instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse zone assigned.
- Coordinate with senior DC staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of outbound orders.
- Follow proper documentation and labelling practices to support inventory tracking and minimize errors.
- Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors and follow instructions for corrective action.
