Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Create and execute the detailed HCM track plan Ensure project milestones are met, and deliverables are completed on time Reviews key deliverables Communicate track status updates based Develop and maintain documentation, including plans, risk logs, and status reports Challenge the implementation team in solution design and tasks durations Manage integration areas with other streams Minimum of 10years of experience in SAP HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership or project management role. Proven expertise in SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll. Strong track record of successful project delivery within the SAP HR landscape. Ability to effectively lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in change management and training development is a plus. Relevant SAP certifications are preferred
