Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of experience in private equity fund operations, fund accounting, investment operations, or investment finance. A strong LP-side understanding of private equity funds, including fund commitments, capital calls, distributions, NAV, unfunded obligations, and fund performance monitoring is essential. Detailed working knowledge of LPAs, PPMs, capital account statements, fund financial statements, and private equity reporting, along with a strong understanding of private equity fund structures, carried interest, and distribution waterfall mechanics are required. Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills are necessary for reporting.

An excellent opportunity within a confidential PE Investment Holding based in Abu Dhabi, investing as a Limited Partner (LP) across a diversified portfolio of global private equity funds, alongside selective co-investment opportunities.This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of LP fund operations, investment finance, portfolio monitoring and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will take ownership of reviewing underlying fund performance, capital activity, fund documentation and complex investment structures, while engaging directly with GPs, fund administrators, auditors and senior internal stakeholders.This is not a traditional back-office fund accounting position.
