With a deep understanding of the built environment and an unwavering commitment.Our team of skilled architects and designers are driven by passion we curate meaningful and timeless wellbeing journeys for all aspects of life.Role Description:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical BIM Modeler responsible for creating, developing, updating, and maintaining detailed Mechanical BIM models based on approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The role is primarily focused on BIM modeling, model accuracy, detailing, documentation, and coordination support, ensuring that models follow project BIM standards and are suitable for design coordination and construction documentation. Engineering design, calculations, and engineering consultancy are not part of this role.Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed MEP BIM models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) using Revit based on approved drawings, specifications, and design inputs.Prepare coordinated MEP models in alignment with architectural and structural models.Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM coordination tools and resolve clashes in collaboration with other disciplines.Generate MEP shop drawings, layouts, sections, schedules, and details from BIM models.Update and revise models based on design changes, RFIs, site conditions, and coordination outcomes.Support quantity take-offs and BOQ extraction from MEP BIM models when required.Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), company BIM standards, and client requirements.Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support to the project team.Maintain organized model structure, naming conventions, version control, and documentation.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler.Strong proficiency in Revit MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.Good understanding of MEP systems, construction drawings.Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in English is a must.What We Offer:A collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Competitive salary and benefits package.How to Apply:If you meet the above criteria and are excited about this opportunity, please send your resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] with Mechanical BIM Modeler in the subject line.Please note that this is a full-time, Egypt-based position.
