Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is looking for a Scheduler Engineer to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. As a Scheduler Engineer, you will play a critical role in project planning and management, ensuring that timelines are met and that projects progress smoothly throughout their lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6. Prepare baseline schedules and update progress regularly. Track schedule performance, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions. Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments. Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for accurate schedule inputs. Support project managers with time-impact analysis and forecasting. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar). 3–7 years of experience in planning and scheduling. GPA - 2.8 out of 4, 3.8 out of 5 Strong proficiency in Primavera P6. Good understanding of EPC workflows and project lifecycle. Strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred Certifications PMP, PSP, or equivalent (preferred but not required).
