Requirements
5–9 years' experience in warehouse and logistics management, including direct oversight of a 3PL provider
Cold chain, food or other temperature-controlled and short shelf-life product experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of holding a logistics partner accountable to SLAs, including formal escalation and service credit application
Working knowledge of WMS platforms (SAP, Manhattan, Infor or equivalent)
Familiarity with UAE customs and free zone regulations, HSE requirements and food safety standards
Commercial and analytical capability, with experience managing OPEX and supporting contract negotiation
Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to sustain a difficult conversation with a partner over time
