Requirements
Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Experience· 8+ years of experience in Fleet, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.· Minimum 3 years in a managerial role leading multi-site fleet operations.· Experience managing large vehicle fleets and nationwide distribution networks.· Pharmaceutical distribution experience is highly preferred.Technical Skills· Fleet Management Systems (FMS)· GPS & Telematics Systems· Advanced Excel and Power BI· ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)· Budgeting and Cost Analysis· Data Analysis and Reporting

Job SummaryThe Fleet Country Manager is responsible for leading and managing PharmaOverseas’ nationwide fleet operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective management of all company vehicles across branches and distribution centers. The role focuses on fleet optimization, transportation performance, preventive maintenance, compliance, and supporting business growth through reliable distribution capabilities.Key Responsibilities· Develop and implement the company’s fleet management strategy across all branches.· Ensure optimal vehicle utilization and availability to support distribution activities.· Establish preventive and corrective maintenance programs.· Manage relationships with external service providers, workshops, and suppliers.· Prepare and manage the annual fleet budget and control fuel, maintenance, insurance, and licensing costs.· Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, company policies, and safety requirements.· Lead initiatives to reduce accidents and improve driver safety performance.· Develop and monitor fleet KPIs and prepare management reports and dashboards.· Lead fleet digitization initiatives and utilize GPS and telematics systems.· Lead and develop fleet teams nationwide and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Branch Management.
