Our mission is to bring the highest international standards of healthcare to Qatar while fostering a collaborative and rewarding workplace for medical professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat patients with neurological disorders through comprehensive clinical assessment.Evaluate medical histories, perform neurological examinations, and develop individualised treatment plans.Interpret diagnostic investigations, including MRI, CT scans, EEG, EMG, and other neurological tests.Manage acute and chronic neurological conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, headache disorders, movement disorders, dementia, multiple sclerosis, and neuromuscular diseases.Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness while ensuring patient safety.Provide consultations for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency cases as required.Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, nurses, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education activities.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and infection control protocols.QualificationsMedical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), or equivalent specialisation in Neurology.Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program.Valid medical license to practice in the country of employment.QCHP License or eligibility is preferred for positions based in Qatar.ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of post-specialisation experience as a Neurologist.Experience in hospital or speciality clinic settings is preferred.Required SkillsStrong clinical knowledge of neurological disorders.Excellent diagnostic and analytical abilities.Proficiency in interpreting neurological investigations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills.Commitment to patient-centred care and medical ethics.Time management and organisational skills.Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salary.
