Description
Drive origination of qualified corporate Workplace Solutions opportunities from within the Private Bank by leveraging relationships with business‑owning clients, corporate executives, family offices with operating companies, and board networks. Embed with PB coverage to surface employer needs and facilitate warm introductions to corporate buyers (CHRO, Total Rewards, CFO, Benefits Committee). This role focuses solely on corporate/employer opportunities and does not solicit or manage individual investor business.
Job Responsibilities
Division partnership and coverage
Build a coverage plan with PB regional and market leaders focused on client ecosystems that include operating companies, boards, and PE/VC‑backed entities.
Engage Private Client Advisors, Wealth Partners, Family Office, and Business Owners & Executives coverage to map client corporate affiliations and identify employer decision makers.
Deliver enablement tailored to PB banker dialogues: employer value props, pre‑meeting briefs, and outreach scripts for introducing corporate retirement, equity plans, and enterprise financial wellness.
Corporate Lead Generation
Identify corporate triggers: liquidity events, M&A, founder succession, new PE ownership, rapid hiring, plan renewals, and equity program transitions.
Orchestrate warm introductions to CHRO, Head of Total Rewards, CFO, Corporate Secretary, and Benefits Committee; ensure disciplined qualification and handoff to Workplace Solutions sales.
Partner with Family Office teams when portfolios include operating companies and with Trust/Lending when corporate transitions affect employee programs.
Pipeline and governance
Maintain transparent attribution, stage discipline, and feedback loops with Workplace Solutions sales and PB leadership.
