Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within trading/Crypto, with a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Requirements include experience managing product backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, and feature prioritization, alongside strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence is essential, and experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Power BI, or OLAP is considered an advantage.
