The laboratory integrates stem-cell biology, fluorescence imaging, bioinformatics, and advanced nano- and micro-engineering to decode organogenesis and early embryogenesis, translating these insights into regenerative medicine, drug discovery, and precision therapeutics. The appointed fellow will design and fabricate nano- and micro-engineered platforms that interface with human stem cells, investigate cellular and molecular mechanisms governing development and pathology, lead experiments from conception through publication in high-impact journals, mentor graduate and undergraduate researchers, and contribute to grant writing and interdisciplinary collaborations.
