Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.2–5 years of experience in MEP estimation for construction projects.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, ELV, and infrastructure systems.Proven experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tendering. Ability to analyze MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and MEP estimation software.

oin Wander Developments and be part of a team shaping exceptional commercial developments.Review and analyze MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents, translating technical requirements into accurate scope definitions and cost estimates.Prepare detailed quantity take-offs (QS) for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with a high level of accuracy while meeting project deadlines Develop comprehensive BOQs and cost estimates for all MEP disciplines, applying technical expertise and identifying opportunities to optimize project value.Manage the full quantity surveying process, including measurement, validation, and cost control of MEP packages, ensuring financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations to achieve cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.Coordinate closely with design, procurement, and project teams to clarify scope, resolve technical issues, and maintain alignment across all stakeholders.Ensure the seamless integration of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems within estimates by proactively identifying coordination issues and recommending practical solutions.Support tender evaluations by preparing technical and commercial comparisons, providing insights that enable informed decision-making and cost optimization.Adapt efficiently to changing project requirements, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, quality, and productivity.Demonstrate a proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented approach, taking initiative to improve estimation processes and contribute to the overall success of the project team.
