Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Law, or Business Administration. 5+ years of experience as a Contract Manager on large infrastructure projects, with mandatory TSI Wind project experience. Strong knowledge of project management, commercial management, and people management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, fluent in both Mandarin and English. Strong analytical and financial acumen, with proven problem-solving and risk mitigation abilities. Proficiency in contract management software (e.g., Aconex, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
