Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a relevant full-time degree, with a Master's degree in computing being preferred. Experience in IT business analysis is required, ranging from 4-7 years for U3 positions and 7-10 years for U4 positions. Demonstrated experience in managing software and business projects within the Utilities industry, including experience with requirements management tooling and traceability, is mandatory. Experience working within an onsite/offshore delivery model and coordinating across time zones is also required.
