The BIM Modeler is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining detailed BIM models for MEP and architectural systems according to project standards and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings, coordinating with design and engineering teams, and ensuring model accuracy and consistency across disciplines. The role also involves checking for clashes, applying design changes, preparing model-based documentation, and supporting project teams with model exports and views for coordination meetings.
