A Diploma, Certification or equivalent Qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role within a Luxury Hotel is preferred. Valid HVAC / Refrigeration Trade Certification or equivalent qualification as mandated by Local Authorities, with a preference for additional technical certifications. Previous experience in hotel HVAC systems, air-conditioning equipment, refrigeration systems, chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, and advanced troubleshooting techniques will be advantageous. Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC equipment, ventilation systems, pumps, compressors, cooling towers, chillers, BMS controls, and temperature control systems tailored to Hospitality Environments. Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, ensuring HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably. A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.
