About the Client: They are a Japanese-themed arcade featuring a curated selection of classic and modern games.
Job Description:
? Welcome and assist guests, explain games and attractions, and provide excellent customer service.
? Operate POS systems, process payments, activate game cards, and perform daily cash reconciliation.
? Monitor arcade machines and bowling equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate maintenance when required.
? Maintain cleanliness, safety, opening/closing procedures, inventory support, and assist during events and birthday parties
