You'll develop and optimize production-grade computer vision solutions, focusing on object detection, multi-camera tracking, and AI model deployment for real-world applications. Your Responsibilities • Train, fine-tune, and optimize YOLO models on custom datasets. • Develop and improve object detection, tracking, and re-identification (Re-ID) pipelines. • Optimize AI models for deployment on edge devices and cloud GPU environments. • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions. • Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency. • Research and evaluate new techniques to enhance computer vision performance. Requirements: We're looking for someone who has: Required Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Computer Vision. • Proven experience training and fine-tuning YOLO models (YOLOv8, YOLOv11, YOLOX). • Strong understanding of object detection, ByteTrack, and Re-ID pipelines. • Experience with PyTorch, dataset annotation, and model optimization. • Experience deploying AI models on edge devices and cloud GPU environments. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Nice to Have • Experience with TensorRT, ONNX, or OpenVINO. • Familiarity with Docker and MLOps workflows. • Experience with CUDA and GPU optimization. • Knowledge of multi-camera video analytics.
