Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent) and a minimum of 15 years of planning experience in oil & gas projects. Must have at least 5+ years in a PMC role supporting ADNOC Offshore or similar operators, with strong experience in offshore brownfield and greenfield projects. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, a solid understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning workflows, and experience with progress measurement systems and schedule risk analysis are essential. Knowledge of ADNOC offshore execution methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are highly advantageous.
