Requirements
Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Technical Trainer or similar training role. Strong knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and related technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner. Experience developing training materials and conducting hands-on sessions. Flexibility and adaptability to work within a short-term contract (2 weeks). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in IT training or relevant technical areas (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Trainer). Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools. Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design. Previous experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.

Müller's Solutions is seeking a dynamic IT Technical Trainer for a short-term assignment of 2 weeks. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training sessions to our clients and employees, focusing on IT systems, software, and best practices. You will need to create a positive learning environment and ensure that participants gain the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use IT tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver engaging IT technical training sessions tailored to the audience's skill level. Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and exercises. Assess participants’ understanding through evaluations and provide feedback. Provide hands-on training on various IT systems, software applications, and tools. Answer participants’ questions and address any technical issues during training sessions. Collaborate with the IT team to stay updated on new technologies and incorporate them into training. Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.
