The role involves managing medical reimbursement processes by reviewing client documents, ensuring compliance with policy terms and conditions, registering claims with the insurance company, following up on their progress, and addressing client inquiries through chat or direct communication.Job Responsibilities: Review and validate client documents submitted for reimbursement.Ensure compliance with insurance policy terms and conditions.Register claims with the insurance company accurately and in a timely manner.Follow up on claims to ensure smooth processing and resolution.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of claims and communications for reporting purposes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a medical field.
