Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests upon arrival, managing the reservation system, coordinating seating with the service team, and responding to phone and in-person inquiries. The role involves maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor, providing accurate information about the venue and offerings, and ensuring guests are seated efficiently and comfortably.
