Be part of a global team where collaboration drives success, could this be something for youWhat will your responsibilities includeActivities include RM Receival, RM Preparation, Mixing, Milling and Filling ActivitiesEnsure activities to be performed in line with the local SOPSafely load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring they are stored and handled in compliance with safety standardUse appropriate PPE and handling equipment for hazardous materials, as required by company protocolsOperate manual and semi-automatic machinery, such as mixers, grinders, and filling machines, in line with operating proceduresAdjust machine settings and monitor operations to ensure product consistency and qualityConduct in-process quality checks as per the product specifications ensuring each batch meets specified standardsReport any deviations to the supervisor and assist with corrective actionsPerform routine cleaning of equipment and production areas to prevent cross-contamination between batchesFollow procedures for cleaning tanks, mixers, pumps, and other equipment using designated cleaning solventsLabel and dispose of waste materials, including leftover solvents and rejected products, in line with environmental and safety regulationsDocument the use of cleaning solvents and maintain records in the Reuse Solvent Register where applicableThe position will be based in our Sharjah factory and will report into the Production Supervisor.Furthermore, we expect that you haveSSC/SSLC is mandatoryManufacturing industry experience is requiredExperience in manufacturing paints is an added advantageProficiency in English Language is mandatoryAble to work independently or as a team as per the requirement at various tasksHighly collaborative team playerTimely coordination and communication among the teamApplication and further informationTo apply for this position, please submit your application letter with a CV in English via the link no later than the 25-Sep-2026.Please note that the interviews will take place 1-2 weeks after the application deadline and you may want to pencil this time in your diary to avoid any holiday clashes.Join HempelAt Hempel, you're welcomed into a global community of +7000 colleagues around the world.
