Requirements
The ideal consultant will have strong hands-on experience across Oracle Fusion SCM, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to take ownership of support activities while maintaining service quality and SLA commitments. Key experience includes Oracle Fusion SCM functional experience, application support/BAU experience, and experience across Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, and Supply Chain Planning.
Description
The role will see you take ownership of the day-to-day Oracle Fusion SCM application support, acting as a key functional point of contact for business users and ensuring the smooth running of the SCM environment.You will manage and resolve support tickets, investigate functional issues, coordinate directly with business stakeholders, and provide guidance to a small support team.
