Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a UAE-based law firm or legal consultancy, preferably within litigation and dispute resolution. Strong UAE litigation knowledge, including court procedures, filings, case management, enforcement/execution, and preferably Civil, Commercial, Labor, Real Estate/RDC, and Debt Recovery matters. Proven sales and client-acquisition ability is essential, with demonstrated experience conducting consultations, following up leads, handling fee objections, converting prospects into paying clients, and working toward revenue or conversion targets. Strong legal drafting, research and organizational skills, with excellent English communication; Arabic legal-language capability is highly preferred.
