Position Title: Junior Litigation Lawyer –Civil, Commercial & LaborEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary (AED): up to 15K depending on experience and qualifications plus commissionsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A dynamic and growing professional services firm based in the UAE, providing specialized legal and business solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients.Job Description: Conduct legal consultations with prospective clients, assess their concerns, explain available legal options, fees, risks, and next steps, and effectively convert qualified leads into paying clients while working toward the firm's monthly revenue target.Assess civil, commercial, labor/employment, real estate, RDC, debt recovery, and contractual disputes; identify case strengths, weaknesses, and risks; and recommend practical litigation, settlement, or pre-litigation strategies.Support litigation matters from initial consultation through resolution, including drafting and reviewing legal notices, pleadings, memoranda, applications, evidence, settlements, and other court-related documentation, while monitoring hearings, filings, judgments, and deadlines.Maintain regular communication with clients, provide clear case updates, manage expectations, handle objections professionally, and identify opportunities to convert pre-litigation matters into litigation or additional legal services.Coordinate with lawyers, advocates, courts, experts, translators, government authorities, and other stakeholders while ensuring accurate case records, procedural compliance, confidentiality, and timely completion of litigation requirements.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a UAE-based law firm or legal consultancy, preferably within litigation and dispute resolution.Strong UAE litigation knowledge, including court procedures, filings, case management, enforcement/execution, and preferably Civil, Commercial, Labor, Real Estate/RDC, and Debt Recovery matters.Proven sales and client-acquisition ability is essential, with demonstrated experience conducting consultations, following up leads, handling fee objections, converting prospects into paying clients, and working toward revenue or conversion targets.Strong legal drafting, research and organizational skills, with excellent English communication; Arabic legal-language capability is highly preferred.
