Requirements
Requires a BSc. degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, and 5+ years of experience in IT Operations / EOC / Infrastructure Operations. Must have proven experience leading technical teams, familiarity with Servers, Networking, and Client Platforms, and a strong understanding of IT Service Management / ITIL practices. Experience with 24x7 infrastructure monitoring, strong incident management, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple technologies and teams in a high-pressure environment.
Description
ResponsibilitiesLead EOC operations and coordinate 24x7 IT infrastructure monitoring.Manage technical teams, resource allocation, schedules, and team development.Lead major and critical incident and problem resolution.Coordinate Server, Network, Client Platform, Security, and Infrastructure teams during major incidents.Monitor alerts and coordinate escalation, disaster recovery, service restoration, and maintenance activities.Perform root-cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Coordinate planned changes, maintenance, testing, and operational activities.Maintain operational procedures, documentation, and service records.Coordinate with technical teams, service management, and vendors.Participate in on-call support for critical incidents when required.RequirementsBSc. degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.5+ years of experience in IT Operations / EOC / Infrastructure Operations.Proven experience leading technical teams.Experience with Servers, Networking, and Client Platforms.Strong understanding of IT Service Management / ITIL practices.Experience with 24x7 infrastructure monitoring and operations.Strong incident management, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis skills.Ability to manage multiple technologies and teams in a high-pressure environment.Strong communication and coordination skills.Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh or offshore, depending on project requirements.
