The role ensures accurate and timely cost reporting to support decision‑making across major capital projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project cost budgets and baselines.Monitor actual costs, commitments, and forecasts against approved budgets.Prepare monthly cost reports, dashboards, and EAC forecasts.Review and validate contractor invoices, variations, and cost-related contract items.Track change requests and incorporate approved changes into project budgets.Support risk reviews by identifying cost impacts and trends.Ensure compliance with internal cost control procedures and audit requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.10–15 years experience in project cost control (oil & gas/EPC preferred).Proficiency with cost management tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, EcoSys, Excel).Professional certifications (AACEI CCP, PMP) preferred.Key SkillsStrong analytical and numerical ability.Excellent communication and reporting skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work in fast-paced project environments.Excellent in developing and setting up Cost Model System and Forecasting of Revenue and Cost.
