Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience, with strong expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Core HR. Experience with Talent Management modules, including Performance Management, Goals, Succession Planning, Talent Review, Talent Profiles, and Career Development is essential. Proficiency in HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, Dashboards, and Infolets, along with knowledge of Fusion Security and Approval Workflows, is required. Strong experience in solution design, configuration, testing, user training, and stakeholder management is also a must.
