Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in health and safety, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in transport, lifting operations, and training delivery is required. Preferred experience in OOG/heavy transport and lifting operations. A working knowledge of safety management system applications is essential. Certifications like NEBOSH (International) General Certificate, a recognized safety organization membership (IOSH/SIA), and a recognized incident investigation certificate are necessary. Additional certifications such as NEBOSH National Diploma, Lead Auditor in ISO 45001/14001/9001, advanced incident investigation, Lifting Supervisors certificate, Rigger/Banksman certification, and a recognized train the trainer certificate are preferred.

Join us in connecting people and improving lives!In this Regional HSQE Manager - IP positionLead the implementation of global HSQE initiatives, adapting strategies to regional specifics while aligning with Global HSQE's objectives.Ensure adherence to DHL IP HSQE policies and procedures, and compliance with international, national, and local HSQE legislation across their respective region, as applicable.Drive and foster the global HSQE strategy and culture amongst employees, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.Ensure all incidents are reported effectively and providing support for Incident root cause analysis with operational and leadership teams.
