About the Job:Here's your chance to step into the role of Team Leader – Food & Beverages at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:Manage the daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Supervise team members, including cashiers, waiters and waitresses, to ensure they follow SOPs and deliver high service standards. Motivate colleagues to achieve guest satisfaction, revenue and operational targets. Conduct daily briefings to communicate updates, policies, procedures, revenue performance and operational priorities. Ensure the outlet complies with food hygiene, safety, Dubai Municipality and company standards for storing, handling and selling F&B items. Monitor equipment, facilities, grooming, uniforms and timekeeping to maintain professional service and operational standards. Manage daily rosters, team deployment, upselling activities, cash controls, stock usage and cost control to support profitability.
