About The RoleWe are looking for a talent and dynamic Assistant Manager, Financial Modelling to join our Finance team in Dubai.Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Modelling, you will support YDE's renewable energy projects, financing activities and strategic decisions through high-quality financial modelling and analysis.This is a hands-on role for someone with strong Excel modelling skills who can work confidently across project, portfolio and transaction models, while understanding the commercial and financing assumptions behind them.What You'll Deliver & OwnDevelop, maintain and review complex financial models for renewable energy projects and transactions.Model cash flows, capital structures, debt and equity terms, tax assumptions, IRR, NPV and DSCR.Run sensitivities, downside cases and scenario analysis to support investment and financing decisions.Support consolidated, portfolio and TopCo model updates and reconciliations.Provide modelling support for project finance, corporate finance and acquisition activity.Work with Finance, Business Development, Technical, Commercial and Legal teams to validate model inputs and assumptions.Present key model outputs, risks and insights clearly to internal stakeholders.Support improvements to modelling templates, controls and automation, including VBA where appropriate.What You Must BringBachelor's Degree, preferably a Master's Degree, with strong finance and accounting exposure.4+ years of hands-on financial modelling experience within project finance, corporate finance, infrastructure, energy, banking or advisory.Strong Excel-based modelling skills, including cash flow forecasting, valuation, sensitivities and scenario analysis.Good understanding of accounting and financial concepts.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to identify modelling inconsistencies.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.Clear written and verbal communication skills.Strong AdvantageRenewable energy or infrastructure experience.Exposure to the Middle East, Africa or South Asia.Practical VBA coding experience.Experience supporting project finance, M&A, lender analysis or investment committee processes.Experience with consolidated, portfolio or TopCo models.Arabic language capability.You'll Thrive Here If...You enjoy detailed, analytical work and care about model accuracy.You are comfortable challenging assumptions and solving complex modelling issues.You can explain the commercial meaning behind the numbers.You take ownership, manage deadlines well and work collaboratively.You are interested in improving modelling tools, templates and processes.Why Join UsYou will join a growing renewable energy business with exposure to projects and transactions across the Middle East and Africa, working closely with experienced colleagues across Financial Modelling, Structured Finance and Business Development.About Yellow Door EnergyYellow Door Energy is the leading sustainable energy partner for commercial and industrial businesses across the Middle East and Africa.
