Performing all duties in line with company procedures is a key requirement. Experience requirements Total experience required: Minimum 15+ years of experience working in subsea projects. Relevant experience required: Experience in subsea engineering, project engineering, hardware package delivery (systems, trees, controls, pipelines, manifolds, etc.), installation, and subsea operational pigging. Industry-specific experience: Proven experience in major oil and gas project developments, particularly in offshore large projects. Past experience in the Caspian Sea and Total Energies project experience are added advantages. Responsibilities and skills Key responsibilities: Follow up on SAPL contractor activities to ensure timely engineering, fabrication, integration, delivery, testing, and readiness for installation. Ensure high-quality deliverables across all project phases, respecting local content requirements. Identify and resolve technical issues related to the automated subsea pig launcher (ASPL) package across all project stages. Ensure prompt dispatch, review, and approval of detailed documents from the ASPL contractor on time. Lead the design and development of the ASPL system in compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Review calculations, simulations, and analyses to ensure the integrity and reliability of subsea equipment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize subsea system delivery, installation, and operational performance. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures. Coordinate discipline work scopes covering ASPL system functions and designs, including PFDs, schematics, field layout, production assurance, and flow assurance. Advise on reliability and availability modeling, inspection, maintenance, and repair plans considering re-load interventions for the pig launcher. Apply process safety, protection, and risk management approaches. Analyze and address technical risks, evaluate mitigations, and manage risk registers. Liaise with project QHSES/QAQC to ensure the ASPL scope is safe, operable, and maintainable. Assist QA/QC manager with quality issues related to ASPL engineering. Monitor contractor performance and assist the offshore package manager/PCM in managing change order requests. Participate in all ASPL engineering meetings to drive resolutions and close-outs. Ensure adherence to agreed project battery limits. Technical and domain skills: Strong expertise in subsea structure design and subsea operational pigging. Comprehensive knowledge of subsea engineering best practices, codes, and standards. Familiarity with marine operations using remotely operated vehicles (ROVs). Experience in subsea systems engineering, including hardware packages such as systems, trees, controls, pipelines, and manifolds. Proficiency in conducting engineering analyses and simulation studies for subsea production systems. Soft skills: Leadership and team collaboration within multidisciplinary frameworks.
