Description
The leasing manager is responsible for leading the leasing department, maximizing occupancy, increasing leasing revenue, managing the leasing team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants.
The role involves developing leasing strategies, overseeing marketing initiatives, maintaining strong relationships with property owners, and ensuring compliance with all Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.
Key responsibilities
Business development
Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
Secure exclusive leasing mandates from landlords and developers.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of leasing opportunities.
Team management
Recruit, train, coach, and manage leasing consultants.

Recommend pricing and marketing adjustments based on market trends.
Compliance
Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD, Ejari, AML, and company policies.
Maintain accurate documentation and leasing records.
Ensure all transactions are processed according to legal requirements.
Reporting & analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly leasing reports.
Analyze occupancy rates, lead conversion, rental trends, and consultant performance.
Recommend strategic improvements based on market data.
Monitor departmental budgets and expenses.
