● Run A/B tests on ad creative, copy, and audiences
● Work with the creative team to brief and iterate on ad assets
● Report performance weekly with clear diagnosis of what's wo
Requirements
● 2–3 years minimum in e-commerce performance marketing, with UAE market experience — non-negotiable
● Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Shopify experience a strong plus) (Bonus if you can also
run TikTok and Snapchat ads)
● Comfortable with GA4, pixel/conversion tracking, and UTM discipline
● Based in the UAE, able to work full-time on-site
