Key responsibilities include:
* Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
* Develop campaign strategies including audience segmentation, channel selection, KPI frameworks, and performance measurement.
* Manage relationships with media buying agencies and oversee campaign delivery from planning through optimisation.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
* Lead campaign reporting, analytics, and insights generation using digital marketing tools.
* Contribute to content development, video production, storytelling, and creative asset creation.
* Support social media management, content calendars, and multi-channel content distribution.
* Coordinate stakeholders, approvals, budgets, timelines, and campaign reporting.
* Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
* Support brand visibility initiatives, sponsorship activations, events, and leadership campaigns.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have the following:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related discipline.
* 7+ years' experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, integrated campaigns, or media buying.
* Mandatory experience gained within a leading agency environment and/or major technology organisation.
* Strong expertise in paid media, audience targeting, campaign optimisation, and media planning.
* Experience managing media buying agencies and reviewing performance metrics.
* Demonstrated success delivering international, multi-market digital campaigns.
* Hands-on experience in content production, particularly video and digital storytelling.
* Strong analytical capability with knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics and similar platforms.
* Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and client servicing skills.
* Experience within financial services, investment organisations, or highly complex corporate environments is advantageous.
* Open to candidates relocating internationally.
