The post: Computer Science teacher We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and forward-thinking Computer Science Teacher with a specialism in Artificial Intelligence to join our team in August 2026 or January 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative educator who is passionate about shaping the next generation of digital leaders. The successful candidate will be confident in delivering high-quality Computer Science education, with the ability to inspire students through contemporary, real-world applications of computing, including AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies. Experience teaching IB Computer Science would be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will have: Qualifications & experience A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field A recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed., M.Ed., PGCE/PGDE, or equivalent) At least two years of successful high school teaching experience Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science, with a clear specialism or demonstrable expertise in AI or data science Experience teaching IB Computer Science (preferred but not essential) A strong understanding of inquiry-based, concept-driven, and standards-based teaching and learning Professional skills & dispositions A passion for innovation in education and the ability to bring Computer Science and AI to life in the classroom Proven ability to deliver engaging, challenging, and student-centred learning experiences Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to curriculum development and wider school initiatives Confidence in integrating educational technology and digital tools to enhance learning Experience in an international or culturally diverse school environment (preferred, but not essential) If you are an inspiring educator ready to equip students with the skills to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world, we would be delighted to receive your application.
