This role leads to the development of long-term, value-driven relationships with guests, corporate clients, and key partners to achieve the hotel's Food & Beverage sales objectives. The position oversees proactive restaurant sales activities, reservation strategies, table optimization, and cross-promotional opportunities across F&B outlets. Working closely with food & beverage operations and marketing teams, the Business Development Manager – Lifestyle, F&B & Entertainment develops and implements revenue-generating initiatives, enhances guest experiences through strategic guest interaction, and fosters a guest-centric booking culture. The role also collaborates on F&B marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to increase outlet visibility, drive demand, and strengthen brand positioning. Candidate profile Experience: 3 years’ experience in the restaurant sales or related professional area. Previously a sales manager in 4/5-star hotel. Experience of selling in restaurant segment is essential. Marriott sales experience is desirable but not essential. Fluent English both oral and written is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial but not essential. Skills and knowledge: Reading comprehension - understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
