From blueprint to final build, you will engage in every stage of the development journey transforming ambition into architecture and concepts into reality.As a Land Surveyor, you will carry out surveys for infrastructure projects roads, utilities, drainage, earthworks, and related civil works ensuring all survey data supports design, setting-out, and quality control in compliance with UAE regulatory standards.Responsibilities:Conduct topographic, boundary, control, and as-built surveys for infrastructure projects using Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and Levels.Perform setting-out of infrastructure works including roads, utility corridors, storm water/sewerage networks, and site levels as per approved IFC drawings.Prepare and maintain survey control networks (horizontal and vertical) and ensure traceability to DM/local authority benchmarks.Process survey data using AutoCAD Civil 3D and relevant survey software; generate topographic maps, cross-sections, longitudinal profiles, and cut/fill volume calculations.Coordinate with design, planning, and site engineering teams to resolve discrepancies between design and as-built conditions.Prepare and submit survey reports, as-built drawings, and volume/quantity computations to support progress claims and handover documentation.Liaise with Dubai Municipality (DM) and other relevant authorities for survey approvals, benchmark verification, and as-built certification submissions.Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE surveying standards, and QA/QC procedures during all survey activities.Maintain and calibrate survey instruments; ensure proper documentation of calibration records.Support utility detection/verification surveys in coordination with relevant authorities (DEWA, Etisalat/du, Trakhees, etc. as applicable).Maintain accurate survey records, field books, and digital data archives for audit and handover purposes.Provide technical support during infrastructure handover and DM as-built approval processes.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum 8+ years relevant experience as a Land Surveyor on infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, earthworks) in the UAE.Dubai Municipality (DM) Land Surveyor Certificate/License strongly preferred.Proficiency in Total Station, GPS/GNSS survey equipment, and data collectors.Strong understanding of UAE infrastructure survey standards and local authority (DM, DEWA, Trakhees) submission requirements.Experience with as-built survey preparation and utility/drainage network verification.
