Previous experience as a Bellman or in a guest-facing hotel role is preferred. Must have friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit and able to handle guest luggage safely. Good knowledge of Dubai and local attractions is an advantage. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
